The top part of the dialog displays the Date, Time, User, Computer, Event ID, Source, Type, and Category for an event.

In the center of the dialog is a text box labeled Description, displaying the following text: The library file "oraperf.dll" specified for the "OracleHOME181" service could not be opened. Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code is data DWORD 0.

Below the Description text box is another text box labeled Data, with radio buttons for Bytes and Words. The Bytes button is selected. The Data text box displays the following: "0000: 7e 00 00 00".

At the bottom of the dialog are buttons labeled Close, Previous, Next, and Help.
