This window requests that you specify an assembly and a library name.

First, it requests the location of the source assembly. An option for Project is selected, and the drop-down list shows CLRLibrary1. The nonselective option here is File.

Second, it requests the name of the library database object to be used for the selected assembly. The drop-down lists shows CLRLibrary1_DLL.

There are buttons to go Back, Next, Finish, and Cancel.
