If you want to create an Oracle Text CONTEXT index on multiple columns, you would normally use a MULTI_COLUMN_DATASTORE or USER_DATASTORE to bring in the various columns for indexing. Oracle Text will update the index only when the contents of a particular column that you specify has changed.
