This screenshot shows the Oracle ASM Support Workbench Problems page in Oracle Enterprise Manager.
The Problems page lists the problems and the number of incidents for each of the listed problems for the Oracle ASM instance.
For each problem in the list, the ID, description, number of incidents, date of last incident, last comment, active status, package activity, and support request number are displayed.
There are View and Package buttons to view details or create a package of a selected problem.
