The column headings in the table are, from left to right: Name (of the instance), Status, Host Name, Incidents (4 sub-columns), ADDM Findings, and ASM Instance:Name, ASM Instance:Status, ASM Instance:Incidents (4 sub-columns). The rows in the table contain the following data:
qos1_qos1_1, UP, node06.example.com, 0 (for all incident types), 0, +ASM3_node06.example.com, with a status of UP and 0 (for all incident types)
qos1_qos1_3, UP, node05.example.com, 0 (for all incident types), 0, +ASM1_node05.example.com, with a status of UP and 0,1,0,0 (the 1 indicates a critical incident)
