This screen shows the Columns area of the Edit Table window. (The Create Table window has a similar area.) It lists the following columns for each column that you add:
Select: Enables you to select a particular column.
Primary key column.
Name: Enter the name of the column, for example, UNIT_PRICE.
Data Type: Specify the data type you assign to the column, for example, NUMBER. Select from the list.
Size: Enter the size for the column, for example, 8 to allow a number with 8 digits.
Scale: Enter the scale for the size, for example 2, to allow a number in this format: 12345678.12.
Not NULL: Select the check box to set to Not NULL.
Default Value: Optionally, enter a default value for the column data.
Encrypted: Select the check box to enable encryption for that column.
